The Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House, originally called the U.S. Custom House, is a building in Manhattan, New York City. It was built in 1902-1907 by the federal government to house the duty collection operations of the port of New York. It is located at 1 Bowling Green, next to Battery Park. Today it houses the New York branch of the National Museum of the American Indian.

The Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House building was designed by Cass Gilbert, who would also design the Woolworth Building later. It is built in the Beaux-Arts style, and spots an elegant Roman dome. Sculptures, paintings and decorations by Daniel Chester French and other well-known artists embellish the facade. Murals on the main rotunda was commission in 1936.

The Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House stands on the site of Fort Amsterdam, the fort constructed by the Dutch West India Company which formed the first settlement in Manhattan to evolve into New York City. The site of declared a National Historic Landmark in 1976.
