Big Ben is part of the Unesco World Heritage Site of the Palace of Westminster.

Big Ben, the Great Bell of Westminster, is installed in the Clock Tower of the Palace of Westminster. The Clock Tower is 96 metres (316 feet) tall. It contains the Great Clock of Westminster, with a large clock face on each of the four sides of the tower. The Tower has five bells. The largest is Big Ben, which strikes the hour. The smaller bells strikes the Westminster Chimes every quarter hour.
