Convent of the Precious Blood, at No. 3, Rua dos Parses, was originally a private house. It has two storeys, and features spacious balconies to provide ventilation. Due to its white exterior walls, it was called the "White House".

The Convent of the Precious Blood building was bought by the Order of the Little Sisters of Precious Blood, and used as convent between the 1930s and 1940s. Today it houses the Monetary Authority of Macao.
