Igreja de São Domingos, or St Dominic's Church, is said to be the most beautiful church in Macau. Located at St. Dominic's Square, this seventeenth century Baroque church was built for Macau's Dominicans. It stands on the site of a chapel built by the Dominicans in the 1590s. The church is painted cream with green doors and windows. The St Dominic's Church is the starting point of the annual procession in honour of Our Lady of Fatima.

St Dominic's Church is one of the heritage buildings in the Historic Centre of Macau inscribed by Unesco as the World Heritage Site.
