The Largo do Senado, which means Senate Square, is the paved area in the middle of the former Portuguese colony of Macau. It is surrounded by many heritage buildings from the Portuguese colonial era, including the Leal Senado, the General Post Office and the St. Dominic Church. The wave-like pattern is a traditional style Portuguese pavement.

Largo do Senado was one of the places in the Historic Centre of Macau inscribed by Unesco as a World Heritage Site in 2005, making Macau the 31st site in China to be accorded that recognition.
