![]() Pont Neuf, Paris Author: Sammyday (Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 2.5) Pont Neuf is a bridge across the River Seine in Paris. It is the oldest bridge across the Seine in Paris. Construction of Pont Neuf began in 1578, but it was only completed after intermittent delays in 1607. Pont Neuf is a series of several arch bridges linked together with Île de la Cité in the middle.
