Poo Thor Jee Temple is a Buddhist temple at Yan Kit Road, close to Duxton Plain Park, in Chinatown, Singapore. It houses the Zhuan Dao Buddhist Library & Cultural Arts Centre which were opened on 7 November, 1995. Poo Thor Jee Temple also houses the Buddhist Free Clinic within its premises.

The Poo Thor Jee Temple is painted orange in colour, and has the statue of Budai, an interpretation of the Bodhisattva Maitreya but better known as the Laughing Buddha, seated at the entrance.
