Prasat Bat Chum is a small, out of the way Angkor ruin located about 400 meters south of Srah Srang. To reach it, take the road between Banteay Kdei and Srah Srang. After about 500 meters, be on a look out for an unpaved road on the left. If you are coming from the direction of Prasat Kravan, the turning is 300 meters from Prasat Kravan on your right. After turning in, go for another 750 meters and then turn left again. The road goes for a short distance before turning left one more time.

Prasat Bat Chum was built in the middle of the 10th century, during the reign of King Rajendravarman, making it one of the older Angkor ruins. It consists of three brick towers standing on a platform facing east. There is an enclosure wall that is in such an advanced state of ruin it is hardly apparent. Standing guard in front of the doorway of the towers are stone guardian lions. The lintels above the doorway have intricate carvings.
