Many of the photographs in EarthDocumentary are rights managed, and have been used for the printing of travel guidebooks, calendars, coffee table books, and other websites. All these photographs are copyright protected, and may only be re-used upon receipt of permission. Please write to me should you need to use them, and I will arrange to deliver high resolution copies to you.
Usage Charges and Rights
For use on the web, up to a maximum size of 800 pixels by 600 pixels, I charge a flat one-time fee of US$10.00 per photograph, for use of unlimited duration, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable. Kindly ensure permission is granted before starting to use the photographs. Please do not make use of the watermarked photographs appearing in EarthDocumentary or its associated websites (AsiaExplorers and WorldGreatesSites), but wait to receive the non-watermarked copy, which is sent to you upon receipt of your payment.
For other uses of my photographs, please contact me, providing details of the photograph you wish to use, for what purpose, and the size, and I will provide you the charges immediately. The fee is related to the purpose, size of photograph required and the circulation size.
