Tokyo Introduction
Tokyo is the biggest city as well as the capital of Japan. This huge city is home to 8 million people, with up to 35 million living within the Greater Tokyo Area. This city has everything that Japan has to offer, from the most ancient temples to the most cutting edge gadgets. The tallest mountain in Japan, Mount Fuji, is also within view on clear days.
Famous places to visit in Tokyo including Ginza, the department store district; Chiyoda, where the Imperial Palace is located, Shibuya, a fashionable shopping district; Shinjuku, where you find some of the most futuristic skyscrapers in Tokyo; Akihabara, where the latest electronics are on display, and more. There is the Tsukuji Fish Market, the Asakusa Kannon Temple, Rainbow Bridge, really, that hardly scratches the surface of what Tokyo has to offer!
