Underground Atlanta is a shopping and entertainment precinct in Atlanta, Georgia. It is located in the Five Points neighborhood in downtown Atlanta, just across from the Five Points MATRA train station.

Underground Atlanta occupies the area under the viaducts for the city's railroad tracks. It first opened in 1969, but when into decline within less than a decade. By the late 1980's, Underground Atlanta reopened as a modern shopping mall. Its fortune has gone up and down over the decades.

As of today, Underground Atlanta is still stuggling to find patronage. It is becoming a destination for tourists. Talks are ongoing on how to rejuvenate the area.
